Tranquility -11th Annual Contemporary Art Juried Exhibition – Featuring “Morning Meseta”

I was thrilled to learn my painting was accepted into this exhibition on tranquility.
This painting celebrates the joy of simplicity and just being. Every blade of grass is unique
with commonalities to the others, painted with the attention and dignity it deserves. The
early morning sky is separated with white space from the plains, enhancing the sense of
separation, yet constant awareness of God, Our Creator. The sameness and richness of the
grass provides a refuge for the viewer to “drown” in peace, love, comfort and joy under
the watchful eye of God.
